When reviews are launched for employees, the employee and the manager need to complete the review process to file the review. When you start a new review cycle and you noticed that previous reviews were not yet completed, reach out to the support team and we can assist in filing the reviews from the back end.
- We would need you to grant us data permission to file the reviews in your account. If you still have not given us data permission, you may do so by navigating to Administration (gear icon)>Advanced >Support, toggle the box and click on Save Support Preferences.
- Submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the review details.
- Once the review has been filed, the review will remain in the employee's profile Review section with a Filed stage.
