In the applicant profile, the system uses the email to indicate if the person has applied for other job postings in your account.
When you manually add an applicant, the email is not required. Having no email on the applicant's profile, the system will display that the person applied for other job postings in your account.
To fix this, you need to edit the applicant's profile to include the email address and follow the steps below:
1. If you are given permissions to modify Applicant, navigate to the applicant's profile, click on the gear icon and select Edit.
2. Enter an email on the Email field and click on Save Changes.
3. After entering the applicant's email address on profile, it will accurately show if the person applied for other job postings in your company.
