Values are traits or behaviours that a company recognizes as an important part of their company culture. Company values are defined by the administrators in your account. You can view the list of values through your employee profile.
- Login and navigate to your own employee file by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner and clicking My Employee File.
- Click on the Values tab.
- Here you will see a list of values that you support based on your received Kudos and set Goals. You can also click on See All Company Values to see other values that your company supports if you haven't supported all your company values.
