How To View Terminated Employee Profiles

When an employee is terminated, TribeHR preserves the history and records unlike to deleting them. As an Administrator you can view the information for these terminated employees. 

  • As an Administrator, search for the employee using the search box in the upper right hand corner, when you search for a terminated user their name will appear grayed out.

  • When you navigate to the employee profile all the information will still be there. However, when you navigate through the General Info drop down it will display that the employee was terminated. 

  • Terminated employees can be rehired by expanding the Admin Only dropdown.
