How To Update Employee's Skills

Administrators can update skills that have been added to Employee's profiles . 

  • Navigate to the employee profile of the employee you wish to update.
  • Click on the Skills tab
  • On the Skill that you want to update or track, click on the gear icon and select Edit.

  • Click on the sliding scale to represent the employee's current skill level. This will directly correspond to how much the blue circle will be filled.
  • Click on Save Skill
