Administrators can generate a report of all approved time off requests for all employees in the company.
- As an Administrator, navigate to the Reports tab then click on Approved Time Off Requests under the Vacation & Time Accounting section.
- Select the Start Date, End Date and Type of leave.
- Click on the Update button to update the report.
- You can also sort the report by Type, Days Off, Requested, Leave Start and Leave End
- You also have an option to download the report to excel, click on Download Current as Excel- this only download the data on the page, and Download All as Excel- this download all data including those in the next page.
