How To Change a User's Account Type

Within TribeHR there are three different account types which can be defined.

  • As an administrator, you can change a user's account type. Search for the employee by entering the name of the employee on the search bar. 
  • Click on Edit Profile.

  • On the Account Details page, select the Account Type (Administrators, Managers or Employees) from the drop down list. 

  • Click on Save Details.
