How To Resolve Password, Username and General Login Issues

If you've tried logging in to your TribeHR account and you're getting the error "Login failed. Invalid username or password", or if you would like to reset your password, there are a few things that you can do to get things fixed:

1) Even if you haven't *technically* forgotten your password, you can use the "I've forgotten my password" link to reset your password and access TribeHR. 

To begin, you'll want to click here:

Next, you will want to enter the email address that is associated with your TribeHR account. This should be your company email address. Once you've entered that, click "update password":

If you've entered the correct email address, you will see this message on your screen:

If you don't see this message, that means that the email you entered was *not* the one associated with your account. You should either try a different email address of yours, or contact your TribeHR administrator to have them confirm the email address for you.

After following these steps, you should have an email in your inbox that looks something like this*:

Clicking the link in the email notification will bring you to this screen, where you will need to enter a new password twice. If you get to this screen and there is any auto-filled text in either of the boxes, remove it and enter new text, then click update password:

Completion of this step will bring you back to the login page, where you can enter your TribeHR Username OR the email associated with your TribeHR account, along with your newly set password. After you've done this, click to sign in!:

If this process did not work for you, you have two options left:

1) Contact your TribeHR administrator. They will be able to assist you by reviewing your profile or walking you through this process to make sure everything is happening as expected.

2) You can contact us! Email a detailed description of your issue, including the point in this process that things went wrong, to support@tribehr.com.

*If you don't receive this email within an hour, make sure it's not in a spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, or still haven't received it, email our support team- we will be able to check if the email was properly sent on our end.
